Badminton Experience

Hi!

Its been a long time since I had my last post in this blog. Well, I'm back and I will share my badminton experience last Saturday. It was our fitness day at work and I got a chance to play my favorite sport badminton. I has very happy as well as feeling fit during that day, since playing badminton is my sport. I have a lot of reasons why I love playing badminton that's why I am really enjoying it. I played the game for 2hours. It was almost a non-stop game since I was with my friend who was really dedicated to have her body get slim. LOL. Hope she gets what she want after playing the game regularly. I know playing badminton will help her to burn her fats as well as give her a healthy fit body. Badminton indeed has a lot of health benefits. Ohh well... After playing the game, I had a lot of body aches. LOL. But it was all worth it. It might just be because I wasn't able to play it for a long time. Oh well, I hope to play it again this Saturday and I hope to play it regularly this time.

By the way, I also had the chance to update my main blog site Badminton Rules. I hope you could check it out!:)

See you in my next post!:)

Badminton Rally

I was browsing for a great badminton rally video to share for this blog. Gladly, I was able to search one on youtube. I found this very awesome to watch badminton rally game especially for those badminton addicts. I was so amazed by how the players played the game. From the badminton game strategy, the smashes, the speed, as well as the foot works are so cool and fascinating. This video was created by "k4" and I would say, 2 thumbs up for compiling these video clips. :)

I hope you guys would love this video.

My Badminton History

Five years ago, my mother bought me my first badminton racquet. It was a WISH carbon 909 and I was very happy having it since it was very different from those other local racquets that I was able to borrow from my friends. During my first use of that racquet I was very amazed at its weight as well as its performance. It was then that I learned to love playing badminton. My friends also noticed my racquet and they too were also about it and even asked my permission to borrow it. I was happy to let them use it since I was also borrowing their racquets from them on occasion.

Having this racquet gave me an idea to pursue my badminton hobby. I am not into competitions, tournament. I just play badminton during my leisure time. I love to play it with my friends, family and relatives because not only does it enhance my badminton playing skill but also gives me a chance to have some bonding time with them. At first I had no idea about badminton rules, however as time passed by I was able to learn them.

After five years, the racquet is still alive. It is not the same as it was five years ago, but it is still intact and handled with care. The string has not changed, only the grip. The body is not damaged but it has some scratches already. I love having that badminton racquet because it was my inspiration to continue playing that game as long as I could. Thus, I will always treasure it as well as keep it safe forever. I hope my second racquet, which is a YONEX arc saber Z-slash, will also be acquired this year.

See you on my next post!:)
